Never a disappointment! Excellent Chinese fare from those who know how to cook it. The atmosphere is Asian which does make you feel like you're in China. The menu is full of different items you can try!

Best Chinese food in the area. I live a fair distance from there, but when I do get take out, I drive 40 minutes to get it here. The dining in experience is also fantastic. We dined in this time and talked with an old friend for over an hour before ordering and the staff never made us feel rushed at all. They were polite and friendly the whole time we were there. Fortunately, it was not too busy. I recommend them highly.

A little pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Food taste great and they are super quick. My wife will only eat Chinese from here.

We have been coming to East China Inn for years. They have some of the best Chinese food around and their prices are great. We love to go for the lunch specials.

The waiter had a bad attitude almost spilled hot water on me. He was also rude to an old couple next to across from us. If I could have 0 stars I would I strongly don't very recommend even if I was starving the food was god awful.

This was the first time I was there.Food very good.Nicely decorated for Christmas wait staff friendly gave us enough time to choose what we wanted.Their menu had so so many choices hard to pick just one.We were given a hot pot of tea when we sat down.That was good to have the evening was damp. I will definitely go back or order from there again.

We usually go to the East China Inn in North Aurora and sometimes Batavia but this was the first time for the one on Montgomery Road. The food was consistently good as the other sites. Maybe we are spoiled by the service in North Aurora but it seemed a little slower and not as attentive during the meal but still OK. Glad to know we can go south or north from our location and get great food at any of these locations.

I love there chicken fried rice, all there food is great, they have good service, what more can you ask for 🌝

My family and I have been eating at East China Inn for years. It's not the Chinese restaurant closest to our house, but it's the best. The food is authentic and fresh, the portions are more than generous, and the menu is varied. The wait staff are all Chinese and very friendly and accommodating: if you want something that isn't on the menu (substituting shrimp for chicken in Emperor's Chicken, for example), they always take care of us.

A very comfortable Chinese restaurant where they don't rush you out but give professional service. If you always order the same boring thing, try the chicken kow, it has a special sauce. It is a basic Chinese dish but you don't see it everywhere you go.

I have been coming to this location for well over 20 years, this is by far the best Chinese restaurant I have been to in northern Illinois. The food is great. The service is outstanding and the men and women who run this restaurant are amazing people.

Took my family here for lunch today worse food ever. Everything except for the egg rolls tasted like it had been left over from yesterday and reheated at like warm temperature. Told the owner. He had no comment. Won't be going back.

We came to this place for lunch. we heard about this restaurant from a lot of people. Well, we were not disappointed. the staff were so friendly and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We loved this spot a lot and we shall absolutely come back again. Recommended.

two days ago was the first time we went to this restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We had a good time with the good service, with the first-rate food and fine drinks and with the comfortable charge. We will absolutely come back soon.

This restaurant is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. everytime I feel like having a fair meal, this place comes immediately to my head. best and all sorts of food and a rich menu.well mannered staff members, and nice ambience. And very important, the pay is reasonable. I suggest this spot with great pleasure.

Oh so tasty! Just damn tasty! Yeah read this again. I've had just about everything on the menu. Ask for the salt and pepper shrimp, its not on the menu, but they'll make it for you. A tasty boosh indeed!

Came with family for a birthday dinner to dine at the restaurant with my kids. The service was excellent and they were very kind and attentive with the little ones occupying themselves near the table. The entrees were extremely fast to come out, and the chicken dishes were excellent. We frequent many chinese restaurants and I am critical of the chicken dishes as they're often overcooked, stringy or chewy. These were delicious and good quality. The lemon chicken and orange chickens were so good. Highly recommend dining in as they are so polite and fast!

It's decent. I don't like how they put orange peels or have most of their food spicy flavor. I like Lucky Panda and Chinese Wok better, but this place was still good.

I only eat crab ragoons and eggrolls but both are amazing! Staff is friendly and they got a chill vibe in here. Nice little bar to sit at. Overall, best Chinese place near me.

The food is great, but one particular server was Horrble. My husband loves the food as do I But travelers from Joliet I will never go again. To bad that the next time my husband will have to go alone next time

A friend and I decided to have a Friday night relax after work dinner at the restaurant. It was my first visit to the restaurant. We were seated right away and were given water and a pot of hot tea that they left at our table. I love tea so this was great for me . We ordered the crab Rangoon for an appetizer. They were the best I have ever had and the sauce they served with them made them more delicious! My friend and I both ordered the honey sesame chicken and we ordered veggie fried rice. I have had a lot of seseame chicken and this was again delicious. The rice was good as well. Our waiter was an older man and he was very solider like but he was on top of every thing we didnt need to ask for anything as he just knew what we needed. He was funny and very attentive. We enjoyed his personality and his prompt service. He even folded our to go bag in a Swan like design. I have no complaints at all. I have found my new go to and order out Chinese food place.

Great pricing for the area with a good helping of food. They have pricing for every situation (Lunch/Dinner/Catering). If you walk in and order, your wait is not long at all. The Koi Fish tank is cleaned EVERY week; I've seen this done during the lunch hours (super clean restaurant). Nice small bar area inside, plenty of seating if you want to stay and eat.

Great atmosphere when dining in and always willing to accommodate for any special requests. I'm glad their menu has a lot of traditional Chinese dishes to offer also. They offer a very quick take out and delivery for when your on the go. I have not tried their smoothies yet they offer about 6 different kinds so I'm interested in tasting one of those. Only thing I don't like is that I Love egg foo young !So when I order a large you only get 3 patties and lots of places do 4 . I love leftover Chinese, who doesn't right? So overall yum!

I have been coming here for over 10 years now. The place hasn’t changed much over the last years. Food is always consistent and service is always good. Portion size is very good. The Lunch specials are always good. My favorite is the fried rice.

Don't bother ordering from here, especially online. They will call you, change everything up and try talking you into food you don't want. Most of the staff is friendly, but one of the men who works there is shockingly rude. Spend your money where the service is good!
